Looking for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) to join the MTR team for its Management Trainee Program called as Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2021 batch. Program Architecture: MTR's Management Training Program referred to as Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2021 program is a 1 year program broadly divided into 3 phases:-

Phase 1: Induction and Orientation (2 Weeks).-

Phase 2: Cross Functional Exposure Training. Work on live implementable projects across functions (30 Weeks).-

Phase 3: Posting as Finance Managers.The Finance Manager role could be in the areas of:

Financial Accounting and Reporting

Management Accounting

Analytics

Factory Finance etc.

Compensation: Rs. 12.50 Lakhs CTC (Approx. 10.87 Lakhs Fixed + 1.63 Lakhs Performance Linked Variable Pay).

Rounds to Clear !

Round 1: Pre-placement Presentation.-

Round 2: Written Assessment followed by a shortlist.-

Round 3: Preliminary Interview followed by a shortlist-

Round 4: Psychometric Assessment.-

Round 5: Personal Interview by the Senior Management Team at MTR.
