Fresher's Guide on recruitment process for Deloitte (Position : Associate)

Although, this does not imply the recruitment process with pin point accuracy but it certainly gives some idea. Go through it and all the best.

Step 1 : Resume & Mail Draft

A simple, black & white and professionally crafted resume will work. Also, the mail draft plays a key role in your first impression. If you area fresher, then try not to exceed a page while drafting it. Also, attach a small passport size photo on top left or top right of the resume. 

Step 2 : Making it reach

Now you have to make your resume reach to the desk of the HR either through mail or a referral, and referral doesn't means having a personal connection with someone working there nor it guarantees your selection, you can reach out to the professionals at LinkedIn only and seek their help & guidance.

Step 3: Wait - No option🤷

Step 4: Aptitude Test : 

Particularly talking about Deloitte, So it had 2 sections - Verbal Reasoning (18Qn in 24 minutes) and Versant Test(15-20 min)

- Most probably they will take the test on AMCAT portal.
-In case of clearing it, You can expect a call in next 3-4 days

Step 5: HR + Technical round (Virtual)

Technical round includes questions like :

1. How will we do accounting of a partnership firm?
2. Remuneration limit of partners in Income Tax
3. Changes in DT in last 6 months
4.Do you keep yourself updated? Tell me some recent headlines.
5. Tax slab for individual
