Responsibilities:

Utilize all possible channels to source quality new-to-bank clients with potential to generate business across lending, treasury, capital markets, cash management products.

Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to completing facility availment.

Facilitate client on-boarding process by resolving operations and service issues that may arise.

Work in preparing credit assessments and monitoring risk issues by liaising with clients on any document deficiency or requests for more information.

Follow up with clients on offer acceptance and confirm the facility is successfully availed.

Keep supervisor informed about key changes in market conditions, trend, clients information, etc., and escalate potential issues and concerns promptly.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, engineering or related disciplines

2-5 years relevant commercial banking experience

Good record of proactively building relationships with product and credit review/approval partners


Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Vendor account reconciliation.


MIS

Ensuring monthly closure of financials activities, as per closing calendar timeline.

Preparation and review of station (branch) Profit and Loss

Budget vs. Actual and YOY variance report with reasons

Event activity wise revenue and cost tracking


Internal Controls and Audit

Periodic review of operations and discussion with respective functional heads for audit requirements

Control on station compliance.


Others

Ensuring periodic physical verification of fixed assets at Station is done along with other stakeholders

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP – SAP R3 is essential

Your expertise

You have

• Master's Degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant , CFA or Masters from an institute of repute, 

3+ years of experience in Finance industry working in valuations, research, 

valuation methodologies or similar profiles
• Strong communication skills, should be able to express & explain to different audience effectively
• Ability to critically think, review & challenge valuation methodologies
• Strong understanding of derivatives pricing concepts, methodologies (swaps and options) and associated risks
• Attention to detail and strong process improvement capabilities
• Ability to multitask, work independently, willingness and capability to build robust 

control environment for IPV & regulatory reporting
• Strong product knowledge across financial instruments with expertise in Rates. 

Ability to learn products within other asset classes.
